Yes, my 300D has 2 pans - one under the engine and another under the
tranny. Wow! $20 for a W140 pan sounds like a awesome deal! I
thought the pans were hard to come by or I would not have mentioned it.
BTW I neglected to mention the seller was the company i bought my 1st
Evaporator from - the one that leaked. I thought they would really
give me a hard time but then ended up asking for a photo of the evap
which I gave them with a arrow added to show the leak location.. I got
the refund the same day that I sent the photo. One of these days I'll
take that evap and my failed radiator to a scrap dealer and get a few
bucks for them... too bad there's not another use for them -

Looks like the diesel W124 had two belly pans. Can anyone confirm this?
Looking in the EPC I see a 124 520 95 23 and a 124 520 31 24.
