I think goverment-mail (gmail) should hire a few spammers for their ingenuity and inventions which create the need for complicating email. The spammers can figure it out quicker and better than the 6-figure desk jockeys in their fat pension laden palo-alto estate offices. Fatwallets merely breeds greater espousal of top-down management that is devoid of all things except for fear of liability attack.
