1. Has anyone taken one of the switch housing apart and had any luck repairing broken hinge points?
Plastic repair is difficult, and high-stress parts are the worst. Unless there's a way to drill and pin the broken joint, there is no way a repair will work. And I don't know if there's enough room in there, I've never had to take one of those switches apart. -- Jim
