We've been going through this with Angie's business, she's learning how to give 
the attaboy (or attagirl as the case may me) to her staff. She tells me "They 
know they're appreciated" to which I ask "did you tell them?"

Its actually one of the complaints I have about where I work, the head pats are 
infrequent and inadequate. Thanking a team for their good work isn't the same 
as thanking the team members each for their input.

Now that I think of it maybe I need to make sure I give Angie enough 
Attagirls...
