Yes, and I know the difference. I would take a used one if I could find a decent once, since I'll have to paint it no matter what.
I have seen the non-Parktronic ones on eBay occasionally, and they're all under $200 with shipping, so it doesn't make a ot of sense to go used if I can find a new one for less money.
