I don't know if anyones been following this, but its getting pretty
heavy here locally. I have a lot of friends and coworkers who are
directly effected by the potential move (but I'm not, luckily). Not
a nice thing to worry about over the holidays.

Personally, I could never figure out why they opened up shop in NJ
(other than it is one of the points in the USA closest to die
vaterland) Based on sales, they should locate in Dallas or lost
angels. Why not just move to AL where the plant is? Hotlanta is no
longer a desirable location.
Why not someplace centrally located? Right now Des Moines is one of
the best locations to live in. It is a transportation hub. It is
ranked as the #2 under the radar tech center. Micro$oft, Facilbook,
Whoogle and others have data centers in the metro area. We
invented the term Silicon Prairie in 1999. There are a lot of
software and embedded systems companies and designers in the area.
I am sure MB could negotiate a 20 yr tax abatement with the gov.
After that they could move on. The gov gave egyptians big money to
build a fertilizer plant. Surely he could shovel out a few million
taxpayer bux for MBUSA.

Even Duluth or Topeka would be better than NJ. Madison, WI gets high
rankings on some lists, but it has a lot of wackos and degenerates.
Those seem to be everywhere, but some places have higher
concentrations, like Pahoa and Oceanview in HI.
