Hmmm

Take the fuel pressure regulator off and see if you get free flow that 
way.  If not, time to get the pressure gauges out and see what the 
differential pressures are.  No fuel out is either a stuck pressure 
regulator or a blockage inside the fuel distributor, I think, but I 
could be wrong.

NOT normal behavior, anyway.

Watch for a distributor that pours out fuel -- the diaphram between the 
upper and lower halves can corrode through.  No option but to replace.
