It's worth at least the asking price if its a good one. High miles could mean 125000 to her. A guy's 84 300CD was in a wreck March last year and totalled. The insurance Co paid $8,500 and he bought it back for $600. I bought the complete, mint interior from him for $100 carpets to headliner.
