I agree, but do have one example of an exception - our flight instructor
and I.A. has been a vegan for approx. 50 yrs. He also operates as a one man
construction company. He is as thin as a rail, but works 6 days a week, and
has forever. He's been fighting leukemia for the last 8 years without chemo
or radiation. He's 76 now, and is just starting to talk about slowing down
a little, though I haven't seen him starting to yet.
His first job out of college was as a pilot for the State Ag university. He
flew profs and school officials around to various food industry sites
around the4 country and decided "that God did not intend for animals to
live like that." He stopped eating all meat and animal products then and
hasn't since.
