OK - they are trying to capture heat and turn it into electricity - that
would be a Peltier chip. You could also capture the flexing of the tire as
it rolls and becomes flat at the bottom with a piezo-electric chip to
generate electricity, or do both! Of course, there will be losses getting
the power out of the rotating tire . . .
