Do you know what year it starts working? I get "No Datacard
Available" for 1966. That is the only number I have memorized.
I remember the serial number of my BMW and my BMWMOA member number
are very close. So close I have to look and verify each time.
It does not like the 1980 240D either.
I'll try the 81 240D when i look up the VIN. It is a WDB not a 123.123.10
Maybe it does not like the typ number, and only works with WDB VIN
numbers. That would leave out a lot of grey market cars like the
230TE wagon we had.
