Good intent, but hard to enforce.

The municipal judges in Ferguson will just have to learn to quit bragging about fleecing citizens. They could just keep doing business as usual, but quietly from now on.

I've come to expect policing for profit and prosecuting for profit, but when a judge brags about deliberately fleecing those brought before him, it should be considered a capital crime. (and I mean that literally, the judge needs to dance in the electric chair)
