No, it's not "break' fluid, despite all those posts claiming so. I used Castrol GT-LMA for years in my Porsche and still had a soft pedal after a few laps at the track. Changing to Motul fluid just about eliminated the problem.
I think MB is recommending fluid changes every other year, these days. RLE
