Food for thought. My usual attire usually consists of jeans, t shirt, tennis shoes, and occasionally a leather jacket. That's me. If I attend a wake, or a wedding, or a church service, that's what I'll be wearing. I may even put on clean clothing. Maybe. If I attempt to get service at one of these restaurants (see link below), and I am refused service because of my attire, am I being discriminated against? If, in fact I am being discriminated against, what course of action is appropriate? Call the ACLU and sue? Protests with signs and slogans calling out the hypocrisy of a service establishment refusing to serve? Oh the inhumanity! Oh the injustice!

You may as well be a good democrat and sue em all. It might be entertaining.
