I wanted to do the same thing with my C3 system.

One of the problems I found was that these computers are so old they don’t have 
SATA interfaces, meaning they’re PATA hard drives.  About the largest PATA hard 
drive you can find in laptop size is 160GB.  They’re tough to find and pretty 
expensive when you do…
