You would be amazed how quickly a TLD can be blacklisted. I've been involved 
with such things, and it's a very much "blacklist first, ask questions later" 
mentality. Trust me, this sort of stuff cal go south so quick you can't 
imagine, which is why ISPs are so quick on the trigger.
