I suspect they're categorized as ORM-D compressed gas cylinders. Must be thus labeled so that the transport company knows not to stick them on a plane. Maybe Peachparts can't afford to buy ORM-D stickers, so they can't legally ship them? Maybe somebody should teach them how to use a word processor and printer, and how to spell ORM-D?
