Is there an STC for correct proceedure to empty the wine bottles?

Being aviation.. there has to be a Type Certificate form somewhere that is
cleared for the Station License of the bottle manufacturer since this is
now "for aviation use"..

Remember.. no smoking within 8 hrs, and no drinking within 8 feet of the
airplane ..... ;))))))))
