Sure it does, if it’s a W220 with the factory Motorola V60.  You have to add 
the Bluetooth “puck” to replace the phone, around $250 or thereabouts.  Do that 
and it works with a lot of modern phones.

Mine works with my iPhone quite well, even integrating its phone book into the 
COMAND and instrument panel display.
