The Skinnerbox online manuals are incomplete... the index is there, but a lot of the PDF files are missing. I don't know why, or if/when it will be fixed. I have the CD-ROM's and use those, rather than mess with the online stuff anyway. If you can't find the CD's on eBay or on the couple of FTP servers that used to host them (I forget where), drop me an email.
