[MBZ] 123 fuel tank access

[Curly McLain via Mercedes]

What is the approach to check/replace the vent and filler neck for a 
123.123?  Is access by taking out the rear seat back, or through the 
trunk as 126, or through the hatrack as is the gauge?

I suspect the hose connection to the filler may be dead.
