I see someone other than myself loves those old W108's - especially the 280 and 300 SEL's!
;-)

Does anyone recall what a nice, well maintained W108 280SE or SEL can get for MPG's?? My 280S was carb'd and my 280SE 4.5 was a gas hog getting at best 14 or 15mpg. But I'm thinking a 280SE fuel injected 6 cyl might be economical - right?

The 108 280SE cars both looked great and the one for $950 looked like a
truly good deal!
