[MBZ] OT HF coupon

I got a HF catalog that has a pretty good price on a large belt/disc 
sander tool that I have been thinking about getting.  Price is not bad, 
not sure if it is a coupon or just a discount, I'll have to look again.  
I get emails every day or two for stuff, today has a 20% discount 
coupon.  Sometimes they have accepted that on stuff that is already 
discounted, other times not.  Anyone know what the usual protocol is 
with these things?  Could I use it on this sander along with the 
discount price in the catalog, whatever flavor it is?
