I would agree with that aspect of it, but Curly’s points regarding the W126 body style override the boring consideration of the M103 engine. And if you want a W126 gasser, there’s nothing simpler than this car. If you go with the V8 powered models, they’re more complex and definitely more expensive to maintain.
Kaleb will chime in about them being dogs, but the W126 is not a car you should be worrying about speed contests in.
