Rick, You have to get back to the 1600, 1700, and 1800s before you start to know china. Anyway, it's fun to look at the changes over the years. Lots of women were not educated by their mothers as to fine china. I had a lady tell me once that she was a bad mother because she had never trained her daughter how to set a formal table for dinner.
