Thanks, Craig. That is correct, Wilton. W123 and W126 are interchangeable. W124 are not.
Sadly, there was a guy selling a kit on eBay a while back with everything you needed for like $14, but he’s no longer doing this. Certainly the parts were cheaper than that, but the convenience factor kicks in when you don’t have a knackers in town that has cars older than about 5-7 years, like me.
