Is that because they are not allowed to sell them or because no one
wants to buy one? If the latter it seems like a great time to get a
good deal on a decent car. They would probably have to reflash the
computers with the "approved" software and that might knock off a few
percent on fuel efficiency but in the long term who cares much if you
can get a good deal.
