I'd look at NADA as mentioned, Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) and other dealer price guides online. Some of them are more optimistic.

Then remind the insco that the inability to find one in equal condition increases the value exponentially.



I would look at eBay (completed auctions) and Hemmings. Also look at insurers and possibly chat with your bank and ask to see their NADA Classic Book or on the value. That way you'll have a good idea of where the insurance company is going to come in at.

That's a start.  CarGuru doesn't have any market data, unfortunately.

You can do a country-wide search of Craigslist, but that's just asking prices and really isn't much as far as data reflecting actual sales. Poke around on the MBCA site and see if you can view their for sale listings. If not, maybe there's an MBCA member here who could look for you.
