The average donation to Bernie was $27. All those donaters got a pretty
cheap education in Dem politics.

So the last update was renters wanting to get together to work it out. We
told them we would not agree unless their lawyer was present or signed off
on it. After much stalling on the lawyers part, we finally got his approval
to meet with his clients. So the wife met with them today, they took her to
dinner. They then gave their 30 days notice so after all that they are
leaving on their own. Turns out they paid the lawyer $600 to show up to
court for 30 minutes. Wow.
