It's a big responsibility representing the entire state of Kansas. But, I would be interested in attending. If it's a Q, does that mean BBQ? We could have a regional taste test. Is OK BBQ different than TX? What exactly would Iowa BBQ be like? Even though I live in Wichita, I'm from Springfield, Missouri and thus heavily influenced by Kansas City BBQ and St. Louis BBQ. But, my stepmother really taught me to BBQ and she is from Memphis and lived on the MS gulf coast. I'm not sure if Chicago has its own BBQ style. But, if anyone wants to bring a REAL deep dish Chicago Pizza, I would eat it!
