The Talisman is so over the top it is amazing that it was made in 1974-76 at a time when everything was malaise and things were on their way to being downsized and simplified. I wonder if this car had been built in the 80's (when excess and expensive items were sought after more) if it wouldn't have been a huge success. In the 80's Cadillac was still selling LOTS of luxury cars.
