Yes.  Drain the swamp. 
Ross Perot tried this in '92 as an independent and that was a disaster IMO.  If 
Ross hadn't run we would not even remember the name Clinton.  
Trump was smarter; he ran as a Republican so he didn't split the vote but he 
certainly is not a traditional Republican.  During the primary, he played the 
media like a violin and won the nomination while spending almost zero dollars.  
So he is not beholding to the DC establishment and certainly not the media.  
And (unlike others) he's certainly not in it for the money.
The name of the job is Chief Executive and Trump certainly has demonstrated 
executive credentials, unlike most candidates from both parties (except the 
governors).  The current nonsense in the streets is a bunch of infantile sore 
losers stoked by an attack media (they say payback is hell, we'll see).  
I was not a Trump fan at first but his results speak for themselves.
