From my experience, the agent will bend over backward to keep you on his books 
and will toss you under the bus is he can move you to another insco.  They will 
not fight for you if there is a claim that is not going your way.  The money is 
in NOT making the payout.  SiL does health insco adjustment.  This means she 
has to find a way to deny the claim so that it backs up the initial reviewer or 
just to make it harder to get a payout.   This has nothing to do with morals, 
but following the insane logic that the company has set forth for how to review 
a claim so that it gets lost in the briar patch
