Coupes, apparently.  I was surprised that coupe didn’t do better.

I will say that diesel coupes seem to have a “red headed stepchild” sort of 
thing going.  It’s sort of like combining two unlike things - a coupe and 
diesel.

I loved my W123 coupe, and despite the opposite, it would get up and go.  Maybe 
not as quickly as the equivalent vergasser, but it was fast for a diesel.

And of course it had the rare Zündfolge engine, too.  That makes all the 
difference.
