I would guess interstate would want 75 to 125 per battery pack to put new cells in. Battery + may be a little less. I'm guessing buying new dewalt batteries would be cheaper. The new battery packs for $20 (link in prior post)I bought are less than the cost of new cells. (see previous post, after the one you responded to.)

I picked up a Dewalt recip saw a few weeks ago. It had a battery that worked but not enough power to do the job I needed at one time. I found some used batteries on FleaBay that work. I could have picked up Chinee fresh ones for around $30 ea.

If you have a Batteries + (plus) store, you might be able to have them re-celled
