damn! it blows when the key goes to "Pre-glow" .
sounds suspiciously like the intake manifold will have to come off
again! Not looking forward to that again!

If that looks okay I'd say pop the fuse in and give it a shot. Sometimes things
just fail for no real reason...

for 12 volts and the test light lit on the large rad cable and on one
side of the fuse hold downs.
I think that tells me the relay is not shorting the fuse - although I
guess I should turn the key to "Pre-glow" and test for 12 volts at
all
three locations?
