I would ask if they replaced the copper washer for the delivery valve that they 
removed to replace the leaking o-ring, and if they used the special torque 
procedure when they assembled it.  They may also have allowed dirt in which is 
now messing up that valve or the downstream injector. If they didn't use new 
washer or the torque procedure, there is your problem.
