210: are you sure it is not the sender? Check Row52.com for upull used ones (sender or cluster), or car-part.com if you want someone else to pull it. Sender would be the common sender.

124:  gear meltdown.  Ask kleb where he got his gears.  (or fleabay)
LCD: a separate unit.  Just held in the cluster with a screw or two.

Nothing you can't do yourself.

The fuel gauge in the W210 hasn't worked since I bought the thing from
K'leb, and the w124 has an inop trip odometer and LCD temperature display...
