Dunno Wazer has been on the market awhile. 5 short years ago any kind of water jet cutter was going to run you $45,000 or more.The problem with a $1500 unit will be reliability, you can see that in 3D printers now. You can buy a $300 3D printer but you'll have to fiddle with it for every print. If you're willing to spend $10,000 you can buy reliability and something that will just work. I was listening to the "Making It Podcast" the other day and they were talking about the reliability issue with 3D printers. Still we've come so far. A guy i work with has a side business laser etching. Says his biggest seller right now is etching military logos onto 1911 handgrips. -Curt
