This belongs to a retiree, I would bet. It’s in a carport next to a mobile home, a very common setup with the retirees that have been here for some years.
Front end sheet metal is all worn and dinged. Look at the valance panels below the headlights. Notice the fog lights are askew? Not only is hood toasted, the read deck lid looks really faded and it’s sitting proud of the opening. Taillights look dinged as well. Rear window seal has cracks in the lower right corner.
