Got the car exterior sorted. Clay bar, wash, polished, waxed. Even replaced the old cracked antenna grommet with a new MB one. Everything back together except the 300SEL badge, which I'll deal with tomorrow.
Just finished replacing all of the crappy aluminum fuses with copper. Another validation for Marshall, rest his soul. A bunch of stuff like the clock, interior lights and radio didn’t work. After cleaning all the fuse terminals with DeOxIt and installing the copper fuses everything is now working. Nice. I’m going to do a final walk around lamp check and address any lamps that are out and call it a night. It’s been a good day.
