speaking of the top - is it hydraulically operated or electric?

Driver's side window was left rolled completely down for several years, so
the interior is just a little scruffy. Someone tried to steal the car at
some point, so the ignition lock is messed up as well as the center
console
which was torn into to get the transmission parking lock released.
