55 panels at 985 Watts each   =>  54,175 Watts total ?

    or

55 panels at 985 Watts total  =>  17.91 Watts / panel ?

I am unaware of a solar panel that produces 985 Watts. I have seen some
that generate 285 Watts. See, e.g.,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-of-26-GCL-285W-Poly-Solar-Panel-24V-285-Watt-GCL-P6-72-285-72-Cell-24V-/282370770313?hash=item41be9c0589:g:LjcAAOSwB9xXOkcv

Given the price of $2,517.50 for 26 panels, 55 must have cost on the
order of $5,325.48.

And 55 panels at 285 W/panel --> 15,675 W

That is the rated power (probably at 25 deg.C, 77 deg.F), not what would
be seen on a day-to-day basis.

     Its price is US $0.33-0.37 / Watt
