Mobil 1 15-50 is almost impossible to find in this area, I did find Shell
Rotella T synthetic 5w-40 for 14.32 a jug. Anyone have anything negative to
say about shell synthetic?

Just bring an assortment of plumbing/air fitting s to cobble something
to tap some pressure into the suspension to get it off the ground.
Shouldn't be too hard to load after that.
