Ja......too much pressure? Like he overheated it severely the first
time , so the head cracked and is blowing exhaust gasses into the radiator?

So a couple of weeks ago I patched a crack in the kids radiator after
he hit something which pushed one of the side supports until the tank.
This weekend he said it blew. I took a look at it today and the patch
was holding, it had a huge crack at the top near the neck. I have seen
the necks break off but never this.
