Bzzzzt wrong. VW is not sure what they are going to do with all the buy back 
vehicles. Part of the deal is they are not allowed to sell them elsewhere. 
Appears that there is a fix. I was talking to a guy driving a 14 at the gas 
station the other day and they said they fixed his and he got about $10k out of 
them to boot.
