For some reason after I looked at Kleb's old Vickie he was interested
in, Zillow started sending me emails about houses for sale in Nowata
OK. I think I had signed up for Zillow some time ago for something
about my house value or others in the area or something. Anyway,
whatever... There was a house on there for less than $15k, and another
one that looked kinda half nice from the front pic for not much more
than that. Kinda blew me away. That's less than a trailer, a mortgage,
if you even could get one, would be like $150/month.

You can still get pretty decent houses along the gu'f coast for under
$100k. A lot of 1200 to 1600 SF 3/1 or 3/2 were going for 20k a
couple years ago. I am not sure if this is still the case. But 40-50k
should get you a fixer upper.

Aren't you supposed to sell the W220, buy a Subaru and move to AK
after you sell the house in the contiguous states?
