Don - Blower fan removal is not a big deal. A word to the wise though, do NOT try and remove the rubber gasket or seal under the blower fan. I tried and wished that I hadn't. I could never get a new one back correctly in place and because of that I now get a little whistling wind noise when the blower is on high speed. I think to get it to fit properly into place you need to remove or at least loosen the dash assy.
