They're counting on stalling until YOU get tired of playing the game. They will have internal pressure to retire the case as it gets old. So, don't cave. Don't accept their lowball valuation, you don't have to. Remember, you're not in a no-fault state, so court's always an option! You're not looking to get rich, you're looking to be "made whole." As if it didn't happen.
