Marshall, what's the impact of timing chain stretch on fuel economy?

With modest stretch (even past the 5 or so degree limit) fuel economy seldom deteriorates much. With extensive stretching, fuel consumption can increase more. Anything that requires more fuel to get a given amount of power depresses fuel economy.
